Terms of use
The rules for using Axle Count and requesting a free crash review.
Using Axle Count
Axle Count operates this website. We publish Georgia truck crash data and guides, and offer a form that passes a crash review request to our partner law firm. These terms apply when you use the site. Read our privacy policy to understand how we handle your information.
Your callback request and consent
When you tap “Request My Free Callback”, you ask for a callback about your accident and agree to these terms.
You give express written consent for our partner law firm, and the automated assistant and intake team that work for it, to call and text the phone number you give about your accident. This includes calls that use an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, and text messages. This consent applies to mobile numbers.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of the free review. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop calls or texts at any time: tell the caller, reply STOP to a text, or email privacy@truckaccidentattorneygeorgia.com.
You confirm that the number is yours or that you are allowed to use it. You also confirm that your answers are true.
Axle Count is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It passes your request to our partner law firm. The form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our partner decides whether it can help. You decide whether to hire a lawyer after discussing the terms of representation.
Consent text version: axlecount-ga-crash-review-v3. Effective date: 26 October 2026.
Information and outcomes
Our articles explain public records and general rules. They cannot decide your deadline, fault, claim value, or the result of a case. A number in a crash table describes the records counted. It is not a finding about your crash.
We offer the site as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, that all information is complete, or that a review request will lead to representation or payment. The initial review is free. There is no obligation to hire an attorney.
Responsible use
The review form is for adults aged 18 or over. Give accurate details and use a phone number you are permitted to provide. Do not impersonate another person, send false requests, interfere with the site, or try to obtain another visitor’s information. We may restrict access that disrupts the service.
Content and links
Axle Count’s original text, design, and mark belong to Axle Count or their respective rights holders. You may read pages, keep a copy for personal use, and share links. Obtain permission before republishing our original content. Public records and third-party materials remain subject to their own terms. External links lead to services whose content and operation we do not control.
Liability and Georgia law
To the extent the law permits, Axle Count is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, interruptions, or actions taken on its content. This does not exclude a liability or a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Georgia law governs these terms.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the site changes. We will post the new terms here with their effective date. Review them before submitting a new request. Send questions about these terms or your consent to privacy@truckaccidentattorneygeorgia.com.
