Axle Count

Privacy policy

What we collect, where a review request goes, and how to make a privacy request.

Information you provide

Axle Count operates this site. Our form collects four answers: when the crash happened, whether another driver caused or contributed to it, whether you have injury symptoms or pain, and whether you previously signed an agreement with a lawyer for this accident. The injury answer is health information. The form also collects your name and phone number.

When you submit, the request includes the page URL, a request identifier, the time, the consent text version, and whether the answers meet the form’s initial review criteria. We also receive information you choose to send by email. Avoid sending medical records or other detailed private documents through email.

Information from a visit

Technical data can include your IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. Campaign tags in the landing link can include UTM tags and gclid. These help identify the source of a visit or request.

How we use information

We use your answers and contact details to send your request to our partner law firm so its automated assistant can call about your accident and offer a connection to intake. We use request and technical data to run and protect the site, stop spam, keep records of requests and consent, and understand visits. Your injury answer supports the review request.

Who receives information

Your review request goes to our partner and the service providers that place its calls and texts. Our hosting provider handles data needed to serve the site and process requests. An analytics service can receive visit data to help us understand site use. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

The details of callback consent are in our terms and callback consent. Our partner manages the follow-up conversation about your accident.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may support site operation and analytics. They can help measure pages viewed and traffic sources. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some site functions may work differently when you restrict them.

Retention and security

We keep a request for as long as we need it to handle the request and maintain our records, then delete it. A legal requirement can affect that period. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and limit access. Internet transmission and storage carry risks, and no security measure can remove all of them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@truckaccidentattorneygeorgia.com. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your data before acting on it.

You can stop calls or texts at any time. Tell the caller, reply STOP to a text, or contact the same email address. Include enough detail to identify the request, but do not send a password or identity document in your first message.

Children and policy changes

The review service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.

This policy takes effect on 26 October 2026. If our practices change, we will publish the revised policy on this page and state its new effective date. Send policy questions to privacy@truckaccidentattorneygeorgia.com.
